I have for many years been an admirer of the work of Iris Van Herpen. Coming from a fashion background through my studies it was always instilled to look further afield for inspiration and blend it seamlessly into Avant-Garde Fashion. Post studies I stumbled upon the work of Iris Van Herpen and am in absolute wonder.

Her designs are those that make you stop and wonder at the sheer will to create such an art piece. How does it hold its structure? What is the fabrication? How has it been constructed? All whilst still admiring the beauty of each piece and being excited and stimulated into thinking outside the box.

Working across a variety of mediums, including being well known for her use of utilising 3D printing, all methods are mastered beautifully.
